Product structure
1. Base steel pipe: High-quality welded steel pipe or seamless steel pipe that complies with standards such as GB/T 3091 and GB/T 8163 shall be adopted
2. Transition layer: Epoxy resin primer, enhancing adhesion
3. Anti-corrosion coating
Inner coating: Food-grade epoxy resin (EP) or polyethylene (PE)
Outer coating: polyethylene (PE), epoxy resin (EP) or polyurethane (PU)

Production process flow
1. Pretreatment of steel pipes: Sandblasting for rust removal reaches Sa2.5 grade, with a surface roughness of 4080μm
2. Heating treatment: Medium frequency heating to 180-220℃
3. Coating process: Electrostatic spraying or dip coating
4. Curing and shaping: High-temperature curing forms a dense coating
5. Quality inspection: Electrical discharge leak detection, thickness measurement, adhesion testing, etc
