SMC Manhole Cover

SMC manhole cover is made of sheet molding compound material, molded under high temperature and high pressure. As a new type of composite manhole cover, it is a perfect replacement for traditional cast iron and concrete covers. It meets EN124 standard and has different load grades to match various usage scenarios. We support OEM & ODM customization, factory direct supply.

Main Features

✅ Non-metallic & Anti-theft: No recycling value, effectively solve the theft problem of manhole covers. Hinge and locking structure are optional. 

✅ Super Corrosion Resistance: Resist acid, alkali, sewage and salt spray. Will never rust, suitable for coastal areas, sewage plants and chemical industry sites. 

✅ Light Weight: About half the weight of cast iron cover with the same load capacity. Easy for transportation and installation, save labor cost. 

✅ High Bearing Capacity: Available in A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900 load classes.
